No full tosses aimed at Mr Collingwood's ribs, mind.
While Sreesanth's antics have been out of line throughout this test match and are unpardonable, does it behoove you to add innuendo to the mix?

I felt a few things Sreesanth's did were not accidental. I don't blame anything for thinking or suggesting such a thing. Michael Holding and Ian Botham suggested it as well - both are bowlers and experienced ones.
It was bizarre - as Gower said.... "he's a complicated young man"

he looks cute with the specs, i think. not much of a fan of the potter boy though!
I think the break will do Sreesanth good and if he concentrates on his bowling he could be a handful as has been proved in the past. I think he let himself down more than anyone else.
I am sure England will use the extra bounce at the Oval to bounce out the Indians if that 2nd innings spell was anything to go by.India have time to prepare for that outcome.
It is all set for another great Test.

We can debate how deliberate it was - but that he's acquiring a bad reputation is indisputable...
He can perform and he'll find his team backing him. But career-wise all it does is, it shortens tolerance for poor or indifferent performance. For instance, he's lucky there's no serious contender knocking at the door for a seamer's slot at the Oval...

Its an important game (isn't every game?) - and his performance hasn't been up to the mark in conditions which have been favourable. If there would have been a viable / credible / higher performing alternative on tour, Sreesanth might have been under a bit more pressure.
There are examples in history where behaviour which is off the mark finds tolerance levels reduced amongst skippers after a while... Michael Slater found love with Cammie Smith - and lost it with Steve Waugh a few months later - and that when there was no (specialist) opener avaliable.

Guess Sreesanth needs one more chance to prove his worth as a bowler and not as a theaterist. And Oval Test should be his last if he doesnt mend his ways.

I must admit I was a touch surprised to not see Sreesanth in the playing XI against Sri Lanka "A".
Given his problems with the run up and general radar being awry, I would have thought this was an opportunity to set things right.
Unless, the team selected to play SL A is a pointer of the management mindset come the Oval.
