Interestingly, not one bowler of the current lineup has bowled a ball in anger against India in India..
Roll on the square turners... Let the fun begin!

Brett Lee hasn't played a test in India? Thats a surprise..
Not true Homer, in India Clarke is an allrounder.
Lee and Clark probably don't need to bowl there before hand, I'm sure they can work it out. And Johnson was the best bowler in the one day series there (if he is picked).
All that said, if you guys don't win this series, you might as well pack up cricket and take up hockey.
Yup Q, the last time Oz played a test against india in India, he was the waterboy :)
Cheers
UJ,
I hope the team and the BCCI mandarins are listening :)..
That said, about the bowling, sure Lee and Clark and Johnson can work it out, but can Australia catch?
Cheers
Homer,
You haven't considered Bracken.
I personally feel he troubled India in Australia more than any bowler did.
And yes I agree with Jrod, India should take up hockey (but our records in that are worse), if we lose this one.
after this announcement of 'challenge' system i am looking fwd to the series even more...
it would be interesting to see oz playing with only 11 players for a change ;-))
Allpaddedup,
Welcome to the blog and thanks for your comments..
Bracken hasnt been a regular in the Test side since 2005.
Will Oz punt on him in India?
Cheers
lol SP... Another Straight point and a brilliant one at that!
Cheers
Am surprised that the Aus has the burger man Bollinger in the team.
On the series though, square turner or not, the concept of home advantage has just dwindled.
not sure I agree Scorpi... A square turner with good bounce against this Australian outfit might just be the home advantage we require :)
Cheers
