How else would one describe this report and more specifically, this line
The Indian board sees "no harm" in Pakistan hosting the tournament in September, Niranjan Shah, the BCCI secretary, said on Wednesday.Could someone from CricInfo's editorial board explain the quote no harm unquote or does journalistic license ( like the poetic one) allow Cricinfo "staff" to get away with murder?

PS:- Here is what the BCCI President elect ( and one of the VP's in the BCCI set up) Shashank Manohar had to say

BTW, I am impressed with my dear friend, Niranjan Shah's statesmanlike statements.
However, I suspect he had a bad hair day.

Why does CI need sensationalism - are they not getting the eyeballs already?
And bad hair day or not, Mr Shah presented himself and the BCCI well..

Homer...you really do know that Crackinfo is owned by news biggie Murdoch. The fellow who also owns items like Faux sports and Faux news. On top of that, I believe the likes of Crass Martin Jenks now write for crackinfo...you get the drift?
So the double quotes do not surprise me...expected tripe from a site with limited historical worth now.
