A really poor over-rate, that sight screen is the main cause. Billy Bowden walks down and brushes debris off the pitch. This has been slow going this morning.
So, Sydney joins Brisbane in the list of Third World grounds in the world according to Matthew Hayden!

And the Aussie batting line-up is in big trouble - at least up to the mid-term (meaning end of ashes - beyond that it depends on whether they play Zimbabwe).
Did you see the footage of it? First there were a couple of policemen walking around the tunnel just to the left of the sightscreen, then the umpire tried to wave them all away, then a HUUUUUUGE swarm of policemen came streaming through the tunnel in their flouro reflective vests.... Oh dear.
