Some pretty classy stuff by Dhoni in asking Ganguly to captain, and then asking a retired(!) Kumble to join him to receive the trophy. The man has a sense of timing. Something should be done about his workload so he can function well in all forms of the game.

He is not a good enough batsman to merit a place in the top 6.So discarding the gloves is not a possibility..
Can they sit him out from time to time to ease his workload?
That will have the ICC up in arms :)
